1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the HYPE Barcelona website (JUVENT CAMP, S.A., tax ID A-08783581, registered address at C/ Almagro, 15, 4.º, 28010 Madrid), including club information, the Hype Club loyalty programme, the shop and VIP bookings. Using this website means you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Description of the services
Through the website, users can: view information about events, VIP and opening hours; buy tickets through external platforms (Fourvenues); register for Hype Club to accrue Nights and Points and unlock rewards; and buy or redeem products in the Hype Shop, paying with euros, Points, or both, depending on the product.
3. Account registration
Accessing Hype Club features requires registering with email and password or through Google. Users agree to provide truthful information and to keep their login credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity carried out from their account. HYPE Barcelona may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms or were created with false information.
4. Hype Club: Nights and Points
Nights and Points (⚡) are elements of a loyalty programme with no monetary value, are not transferable to other users, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used on the website and at the club under the conditions in force at any given time. HYPE Barcelona reserves the right to modify how the programme works (levels, rewards, ways to earn Points) at any time, and to void Points obtained fraudulently.
5. Purchases in the Hype Shop
Prices and product availability are shown in the shop itself and may change without notice. Redeemed products and rewards must be physically collected or validated at the designated point inside the club, within the timeframe indicated for each item. As these are leisure services tied to a specific date or event, and in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law (art. 103 TRLGDCU), some products and rewards may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once the redemption or order is confirmed.
6. Club access and admission policy
Entry to the venue is subject to a minimum age that varies by day (see the Info page), presentation of a valid physical ID (national ID card, residency card or passport), and the venue's right of admission under applicable regulations on public entertainment venues. Buying a ticket or booking a VIP table does not guarantee entry if these requirements are not met.
7. Proper use of the website
Users agree to make appropriate use of the website and not to use it for unlawful purposes, impersonate third parties, attempt to compromise the site's security or interfere with its normal operation, or create multiple accounts to obtain undue benefits from the Hype Club programme.
8. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on this website (brand, logos, text, images, design) belongs to JUVENT CAMP, S.A. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction or distribution without express authorisation is prohibited.
9. Limitation of liability
HYPE Barcelona does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and is not liable for damages arising from technical failures beyond its control, nor for the content of third-party services linked from the site (such as Fourvenues, WhatsApp or Instagram), which are governed by their own terms.
10. Changes to these terms
HYPE Barcelona may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page, showing the last-updated date.
11. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and without prejudice to any jurisdiction legally available to the consumer, the parties submit to the Courts of Barcelona. Users who qualify as consumers can access the EU's online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
