1. Purpose and acceptance
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the HYPE Barcelona website (JUVENT CAMP, S.A., tax ID A-08783581, registered address at C/ Almagro, 15, 4.º, 28010 Madrid), including club information, the Hype Social Club loyalty programme, the Rule de Hype, the ranking, the shop and VIP bookings. Using this website means you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Description of the services
Through the website, users can: view information about events, VIP and opening hours; buy tickets through external platforms (Fourvenues); register for Hype Social Club to accrue Nights and Points and unlock rewards; take part in the Rule de Hype; appear in the ranking; and buy or redeem products in the Hype Shop, paying with euros, Points, or both, depending on the product.
3. Account registration
Accessing Hype Social Club features requires registering with email and password or through Google. Users agree to provide truthful information and to keep their login credentials confidential, and are responsible for all activity carried out from their account. HYPE Barcelona may suspend or cancel accounts that breach these Terms or were created with false information. Each person may hold only one account: temporary emails and multiple accounts using variants of the same email or the same phone number are not allowed.
4. Hype Social Club: Nights and Points
Nights and Points (⚡) are elements of a loyalty programme with no monetary value, are not transferable to other users, cannot be exchanged for cash, and can only be used on the website and at the club under the conditions in force at any given time. To add a night you must check in inside the club with that night's QR: with your permission, the website checks that your phone is at the venue (if that isn't possible, the door staff check you in). At most one night per person per day is added, and each member checks in with their own phone. HYPE Barcelona reserves the right to modify how the programme works (levels, rewards, ways to earn Points) at any time, and to void Points obtained fraudulently.
5. The Rule de Hype (promotion rules)
The Rule de Hype is a free promotional wheel organised by JUVENT CAMP, S.A. for members registered in Hype Social Club. • Free participation: spins are given away (the welcome spin, one per person and device, with your first night checked in at the club; in campaigns or at HYPE Barcelona's discretion) or obtained with Points, which have no monetary value. They are never sold for money and no purchase is necessary to take part, so it is not gambling under Spanish Law 13/2011 (art. 3). • Result: decided by a random draw on our servers at the moment of spinning; the wheel animation only displays it. Some prizes have limited units per night or in total; if they run out, another available prize is awarded. • Prizes: Points (added to your balance immediately), extra spins and prizes to collect at the club (for example, shots, drinks, VIP wristbands or bottles). The latter come with a personal code and QR that must be shown at the box office before the stated expiry date; after that date, the prize is lost. • Prizes containing alcohol are only handed out to people aged 18 or over, on presentation of ID, and must be consumed responsibly inside the venue. Receiving a prize does not grant entry to the club, which remains subject to the admission policy. • Prizes are personal and non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products. • HYPE Barcelona may void spins or prizes obtained fraudulently (multiple accounts, technical manipulation, etc.) and may modify, suspend or end the promotion at any time, honouring prizes already won and still valid.
6. Hype Social Club ranking
The ranking orders members by Points earned (they count even if spent) and is for information only: holding a position does not entitle anyone to a prize, unless HYPE Barcelona announces a specific promotion with its own rules. While the programme is getting started, the ranking may include example profiles to fill the top; they are not members, do not receive prizes and are removed as more members pass the minimum points. The HYPE Barcelona team does not take part. Any member can stop appearing from My profile, and HYPE Barcelona may remove from the ranking anyone using an offensive name or breaching these Terms.
7. Purchases in the Hype Shop
Prices and product availability are shown in the shop itself and may change without notice. Redeemed products and rewards must be physically collected or validated at the designated point inside the club, within the timeframe indicated for each item. As these are leisure services tied to a specific date or event, and in accordance with Spanish consumer protection law (art. 103 TRLGDCU), some products and rewards may be excluded from the right of withdrawal once the redemption or order is confirmed.
8. Club access and admission policy
Entry to the venue is subject to a minimum age that varies by day (see the Info page), presentation of a valid physical ID (national ID card, residency card or passport), and the venue's right of admission under applicable regulations on public entertainment venues. Buying a ticket or booking a VIP table does not guarantee entry if these requirements are not met.
9. Proper use of the website
Users agree to make appropriate use of the website and not to use it for unlawful purposes, impersonate third parties, attempt to compromise the site's security or interfere with its normal operation, or create multiple accounts to obtain undue benefits from the Hype Social Club programme or the Rule de Hype.
10. Intellectual and industrial property
All content on this website (brand, logos, text, images, design) belongs to JUVENT CAMP, S.A. or to third parties who have authorised its use, and is protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Reproduction or distribution without express authorisation is prohibited.
11. Limitation of liability
HYPE Barcelona does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website and is not liable for damages arising from technical failures beyond its control, nor for the content of third-party services linked from the site (such as Fourvenues, WhatsApp or Instagram), which are governed by their own terms.
12. Changes to these terms
HYPE Barcelona may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect as soon as they are published on this page, showing the last-updated date.
13. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, and without prejudice to any jurisdiction legally available to the consumer, the parties submit to the Courts of Barcelona. Users who qualify as consumers may also turn to the Spanish consumer arbitration system or to the consumer services of their autonomous community.
