Hype Moments terms

1. What Hype Moments is
Hype Moments is the photo wall of HYPE Barcelona's nights on this website: members post their photos from each party (Moments with one or more photos), give them ⚡ (HYPE's «like») and comment on them, and every member has a profile with their Moments and their parties. It is run by HYPE Barcelona and only Hype Social Club members can take part.
2. Your public profile
To take part you deliberately activate your Moments profile. You appear with your shortened account name, just like in the ranking (first name and surname initial), and optionally with a photo, a bio and your Instagram (with a link to your Instagram profile). Your profile also shows your Social Club level, your nights at Hype, your ranking position if you're in it, and the parties where you checked in or posted Moments (you can hide the latter). All of that, plus your Moments and comments, is public (anyone can see it, even without an account). We never show your email, phone number, date of birth or full name. ⚡ are counted, but who gives them is not published.
3. What you can post
Only photos from Hype nights or related to Hype. By posting you confirm the photos are yours or you have permission to share them and that the people in them agree. Not allowed: sexual or violent content, minors, drugs, insults or harassment, other people's personal data, advertising or spam, or anything that infringes third-party rights. The same applies to profile photos, bios and comments.
4. Moderation
The HYPE team reviews every post and every profile photo before it is shown publicly (only you can see them meanwhile) and may reject them without giving a reason. Some trusted profiles may post without prior review; their posts can still be taken down. Comments are published straight away: the author of a Moment can delete comments on it and anyone can report them; a comment with several reports is hidden until the team reviews it. HYPE may remove any content and block profiles that break these terms.
5. If you appear in a photo
If you appear in a photo and don't want it published, report it from the post's «···» menu (option «It's me and I want it removed»), even without an account. We will take it down as soon as possible.
6. ⚡ Points
Your first published Moment adds a one-time welcome bonus of ⚡ points to your Social Club account (later ones don't), and every month the team may pick the «Moment of the month», which adds an extra prize. The amounts are shown in the section and may change. Only approved posts count; points earned with content later removed for breaking these terms, or by cheating (multiple accounts, other people's content), may be cancelled.
7. Your rights over your photos
Your photos remain yours. By posting them you authorise HYPE Barcelona to show them on Hype Moments and on this website while they are published. To use them on other channels (for example, HYPE's Instagram) we will ask your permission first. When you upload them we remove the photo's hidden data (such as GPS location).
8. Deleting your content
You can delete any of your Moments or comments whenever you want, and delete your whole Moments profile from «Edit profile»: your Moments, photos, comments, the ⚡ you've given and your notifications are removed. Your Hype Social Club account and your points stay the same. For any question or request about your data, write to hypeclubbcn@gmail.com.
